What information's are necessary for consultation ?
Date of birth, Time of birth, place of birth is needed. All must be original and accurate.
If a person don't know his/her birth details, can he/she get predictions ?
Yes but the predictions becomes restricted in a limit. With the help of Horary and Muhurta Astrology and with Palmistry prediction is possible.
